교수소개

황청수교수는 단국대학교 서울캠퍼스 화학과를 학과수석으로 졸업하고 미국 University of California (Davis) 대학원 화학과에서 이학박사학위를 취득하였다. 대학원에서는 Philip P. Power 교수님의 지도하에 organo cuprate 화합물의 합성 및 X-ray crystallography를 이용한 구조분석 연구를 주로 수행하였다. 이후 미국 Brown 대학교에서 박사 후 연구원으로서 유,무기 합성에 유용한 lithium amide 중간체의 합성 및 x-ray 구조분석에 대한 연구를 수행하였고 UC-Berkeley 대학내에 위치한 Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL)에서 두번째 박사 후 연구원 과정으로 리튬이온전지에 고체 전해질로서 응용가능한 금속-고분자 복합체의 합성연구를 수행하던 중 2001년 9월에 본교 서울캠퍼스 화학과에 무기화학전공 교수로 임용되었다. 화학과 학과장 및 단국대 부설 나노센서바이오텍 연구소 소장직을 역임하였고, UC Berkeley, Cornell, British Columbia (CA), Stanford 대학교 화학과에서 장, 단기 visiting scholar로서 연구년을 보낸바 있다. 2016년부터 자연대의 전체 통합 이전으로 천안캠퍼스에서 근무중이며 II-VI족 원소로 구성된 반도체 나노결정들의 합성 및 이들의 LED, 광촉매, 광센서 그리고 바이오 이미징 등 다양한 분야에의 응용에 관한 연구를 수행중이며 무기화학, 배위화학, 무기소재화학, 유기금속화학등의 학부 및 대학원 강의를 담당하고 있다.
