교수소개
1. 각종 질병의 진단에 사용되는 면역진단 재료 물질을 대장균을 이용하여 생산하는 단백질 공학적인 연구를 수행하며 특히 재조합단백질의 항원성 향상을 위해서 다양한 실험을 수행하고 있다.
2. 항체를 이용한 small molecule sensing 기술을 개발하고 있다. 특히 단세포주항체 생산 기술, small molecule의 conjugation 기술, ascite제조 기술, sensing probe를 사용한 정량적인 측정 방법 개발을 위한 전기면역화학적인 실험 등을 수행하고 있다
